It features rich, glossy patina, distinct and well-proportioned weathering, mature surface texture, and smooth wear from long-term oxidation. The Gau box boasts exquisite craftsmanship. Inside are a Thousand-Handed Clay Buddha and sacred relics, kept in excellent condition. It can be worn directly with a custom cord.

Also known as Thousand-Handed and Thousand-Eyed Guanyin, she is the left attendant of Amitabha Buddha. Together with Amitabha Buddha and Mahasthamaprapta Bodhisattva, they are honored as the Three Saints of the Western Paradise. Her thousand hands symbolize universal protection for all beings, and thousand eyes represent insight into the whole world.

According to Buddhist scriptures, Guanyin vowed to attain thousands of hands and eyes to deliver all living beings from sufferings. In folk belief, she embodies great compassion, warding off illnesses and disasters, removing obstacles, bringing peace, good fortune and fulfillment to all wishes.

千手观音，又称千手千眼观世音、千眼千臂观世音等，是阿弥陀佛的左胁侍，与阿弥陀佛、大势至菩萨合称“西方三圣”。千手表示遍护众生，千眼则表示遍观世间。佛教认为，众生有多种苦难、烦恼、需求和愿望，因此需要众多无边的法力和智慧来济度众生。据《千手千眼观世音菩萨广大圆满无碍大悲心陀罗尼经》记载，观世音菩萨在过去无量劫中发誓愿，若能利益安乐一切众生，即发誓愿身千手千眼悉皆具足。千手观音能够广施百般利乐，满足众生的各种需求‌。

在民间信仰中，千手观音象征着大慈悲，能够保佑人们度过各种难关、消除病痛。当人们运气旺盛时，她能使人们更加辉煌；当运气低落时，她能够消除障碍，化解灾难，使人们顺利度过关口，达到幸福、平安吉祥的境界‌。此外，千手观音还能满足三界六道一切众生的愿望和请求，救度众生‌。
