This Caca is so beautiful—the painting is still clearly visible, the patina is rich and glossy, full of vitality, with a heavy, weathered old surface. Over time, traces of gilding are visible, but it doesn’t affect its beauty! Rare to find in circulation, perfect for collection and play; you can even string it with a wax leather cord and wear it!
Niang La Caca is believed to summon various principal Buddhas, dakas and dakinis, benevolent spirits, and protectors to stay around you, forming a protective field similar to a diamond armor, warding off evil and demons.
Tibetans firmly believe that wearing it grants protection against weapons. In case of serious illness or obstacles, a piece of Caca can be ground for medicine, believed to have special blessing power.
As a tangible embodiment of the treasure teachings of Guru Rinpoche, Caca carries the essence of the fourteen Lotus Guru teachings collected by the venerable Xiangqiu Duojie. Precious materials like holy mountain water and gold powder are incorporated during its making, reflecting the Tibetan “all objects hold spirit” philosophy of creation.
